At Buburealm, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our collectible figures. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, we understand that unexpected issues may rarely occur during transit or production.

🚫 No Returns Accepted

We do not accept any returns under any circumstances — including change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after receiving the item. All sales are final.


 Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, defect, or mistake.

  • Preferably, images should be taken during the unboxing process to verify the condition upon arrival.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement promptly.
You will not be required to return the damaged item.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Our support team will assess your case and get back to you within a few business days.


 Important Timeframe

  • All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.
